Our Summer 2007 fashions are here and online! The GF Collection features original batiks and clothing designs. Simply, we have added ¾ sleeve button down shirts with and without collars. Now you have choices of long (34 inches), medium (30 inches) and short (27.50 inches) lengths. In addition, there are more fashions for Special Occasions and lots more color. Our new dye lots are sophisticated, unique and expressive.
The new Collections catalog is currently being put together and will be available April 15th. It is more comprehensive and we have added 5 more pages! The cover is a knock-out! It is worth the wait.
After years of adjusting and tweaking our basic pant we have perfection! We took off a couple inches from the front rise and added it to the back. The result - no more extra fabric at the crotch and just enough elastic on the sides to give you easement. And of course pockets!
So, to sum it up we have 15 newly designed fabrics, 30 new shirts (17 with collars and 13 either pull-overs or -V- necklines), 4 new bathing suit cover-ups and 2 new pants. Wow!
To celebrate the launching of our 2007 Collection we are sending you a discount coupon, just type in the word, special, and you will receive a 20% discount (plus our continuous free shipping). Valid now till March 7th.

Vertical lines draw the eye up and down and make you look taller and slimmer. Some examples we use to create a more flattering look are vertical closures, princess seams (especially those that meet the shoulder seam), vertically placed trim, vertical darts, and vertical tucks and front keyhole necklines.
The problem with horizontal lines is they cause the eye to pause and look you over, so they tend to give the impression of width.
Our Divinely Dress is a good example of a slimmer looking garment. The princess seams begin at the shoulder and move to the front. Try to choose fashions that use these techniques.
