It is the end of the summer plus it went way to quick for me. I accomplished what I wanted to do, -Have fun!- I have been working basically for 17 years non-stop. This summer we had a 4-day work week. I took off Wednesdays. I thought about taking off Friday, but then it would have become a family 3-day weekend. I needed 8 Wednesdays off to do MY THING. And did I do it!

If I had to turn in a paper about July and August it would read like this - My Summer Vacation by a Plus Size Mother of One:

1. I read 14 books
2. I learned how to cook corn on the grill
3. I went to the beach more that 8 times (bought a new cover up)
4. I bought fresh veggies 3 times a week
5. I learned how to make a Mojito with vodka
6. I played scrabble with my son
7. I went to 3 matinee movies with my son and his friends
8. I took a nap!
9. And I finally cleaned out my clothing closet of All those awful plus size mistakes.

I had a great summer! I learned a lot about myself, which is -don’t ever forget to take care of yourself- No one can do it better than you!
