If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase of plus size clothing, please return it to us within 10 days after receiving your new clothes. Any returns received after 10 days will be store credit only up to 30 days. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.
We have established the following policies about returns:
- The item must be in perfect condition with the original tags, plastic, cardboard and ribbon attached. Worn, soiled, damaged, smells (perfume, animal, smoke, perspiration, body oils) or altered items cannot be returned and will not have a credit issued upon return.
- On Clearance items all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges for Clearance items. If Clearance items are returned they will be donated to our local Women's Shelter.
- Regular Sale items may either be exchanged, or returned for store credit, or refunded. To receive a refund, they must be returned within 10 days. Any orders returned after 10 days will be store credit only up to 30 days. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
- Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
- There is a $5.00 restocking fee for the first item returned and $3.00 for each additional item returned. This fee will be subtracted from your total return credit
